If your tour/excursion is canceled during your trip please reach out to us via the 'Our Services' tab on our website. 

Please be sure to include your AERL reservation number with your request. 

As we require verification of a canceled tour from our local vendor, please allow 7 - 10 business days for this to be actioned.
